Our goal is to be the last tenant you’ll ever need.

How long are your guests staying?Our corporate and traveling guests stay anywhere from five days to several months, depending on seasonality and their professional needs. Many are remote workers or contractors requiring extended stays of two to three months.

What is your fee? Do you take a percentage of my rent?There's no catch - we do not take a percentage of your rent. Guests are willing to pay a premium to rent the spaces for a shorter period of time, and we simply collect any residual amounts over your requested rent.

How do you know who comes in and out of the building?Security is our top priority. With your permission, we will install a Wi-Fi-enabled exterior security camera to ensure guests adhere to property guidelines and are not accompanied by unauthorized individuals.

How do you screen guests and what is your criteria?Many of our platforms conduct background checks and ID verification, providing us with detailed information for every inquiry. We personally review and approve each guest, considering the purpose of their stay to ensure a secure and professional experience. Maintaining a safe and well-managed environment is in our best interest, as our company’s reputation depends on the quality of our guests and the experience we provide.

How do you ensure there are no parties? What if a party occurs?We want to be perfectly clear—parties and events are strictly prohibited in our units. Maintaining a pristine property is in our best interest, as any damage or downtime directly impacts our revenue and reputation across booking platforms. To prevent disturbances, we install noise monitoring devices that alert our team if sound levels exceed a set threshold. If an issue arises, we respond immediately, ensuring the situation is addressed and, if necessary, guests are asked to leave. While incidents are extremely rare, any maintenance or damage is fully handled by us.

Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?We list our properties across multiple travel booking platforms, including Furnished Finder, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, and Corporate Housing. These Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) serve as a bridge between us and our guests, ensuring maximum visibility and occupancy. Our marketing efforts target corporate travelers, traveling nurses, business professionals, and leisure tourists across various channels. Every guest is carefully screened through our secure verification process to maintain a safe and professional experience.
